Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items are not returnable:
Worn underwear
We cannot accept returns on any personalized or customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Conditions
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process and purchase the desired item in a new order.

Return Process

Please first contact customer service through our website or send an email to maxbildner@fascinara.com to submit a return request, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Obtaining Return Authorization:
Upon receiving your request, we will review and confirm your eligibility for a return. If your request meets the policy requirements, we will send you a return authorization email with detailed return instructions.
Returning the Item:

Please be sure to include a copy of your return authorization email in the package to expedite processing.
